Jeremy leaves behind his parents, Tom and Jean Matula, loving sister and brother-in-law Heather J. and Patrick M. Farr, his children: Emilie, Barrett, Isabella and Brock whom he missed every day of his life, his nephew Jacob Farr, niece, Natalie Farr, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
